Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 slicesbread
  2. 1 tspFor toppings oil
  3. 1/4 cupboiled pasta
  4. 2 tbspsliced onion
  5. 2 tbspsliced capsicum
  6. 2 tbspsliced and par boiled carrot
  7. 2 tbsplong chopped french beans - par boiled Salt to tas
  8. 2Tomato puree
  9. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  10. 1 tspcorn flour
  11. 1 tspchilli flacks
  12. 1 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1 tsporegano Grated cheese as needed To serve with:

Steps

  1. 1

    For toppings:
    Heat oil in a pan and add all vegetables to it, saute for 2 minutes and then add tomato pure to it.

  2. 2

    Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Now add boiled pasta and dry seasoning to it. Mix well.

  3. 3

    At last add corn flour. and cook for 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    How to assemble:
    Grill or toast till crisp and then spread pasta over it.

  5. 5

    Cover with grated cheese and then sprinkle some of chilli flacks and oregano on it.

  6. 6

    Bake for 2 minutes at 200`preheated oven or till cheese melts.

  7. 7

    Serve hot and delicious Pasta toast with tomato ketch up.
