This is a plateful of tantalising and crispy baked chicken wings with an Indian twist and mixture of tandoori masala and other ingredients makes it all the more flavourful but healthy .

Make light gashes in the chicken wings and marinate with salt,lemon juice for 3-4 hours.Make a paste of curd,tandoori masala,a pinch of food colour,red chilli powder and kasoori methi.Smear the paste over the chicken pieces.Adjust salt over chicken as pieces were marinated with little salt before.

Arrange the chicken pieces on a broiler tray over a cookie sheet or sprinkle oil over chicken and grill for 20 to 30 minutes in a previous heated oven turning it upside down till well cooked and crispy both sides.Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and serve with onion rings and salad.
