Peel the bottle gourd,ridge gourd and grate them finely. Now gently squeeze any excess moisture and drain well.

Heat a nonstick pan over medium flame and add the grated gourds, 1 teaspoon salt and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. If there is any water on the pan, drain them well and transfer to a plate.

Grate cucumber and squeeze the excess water by pressing lightly.

Whisk the yogurt until smooth and add 1 teaspoon salt, black pepper powder,mint powder,cumin seeds powder and mix well so that all the ingredients are combined properly.

Now, add the cooked bottle gourds to the mixture, stir and keep it in the fridge for 30 to 45 minutes.

Sprinkle cumin powder and curry leaves on top to garnish and serve chilled.Enjoy this Magic Riata in dinner and stay slim.
