Ingredients

  1. 200 gmwheat flour
  2. 25 gmbesan
  3. 150 gmdesi ghee
  4. 150 gmsugar
  5. 300 gmwater
  6. as neededDryfruit

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the wheat flour in a pan for 5 min

  2. 2

    Then add besan and heat for 2min

  3. 3

    After 5 min the colour of mixture will change

  4. 4

    Nw add water and sugar

  5. 5

    Mix it well on medium flame

  6. 6

    Aftt 2 or 3 min it will ready

  7. 7

    Nw add dryfruit according desire

  8. 8

    Serve in bowl...
