100 gm maida
1/2 tspcarom seeds
To tastesalt
Oil for frying

Steps

1

Add maida, salt, carom seeds and some oil in a mixing bowl
2

Add some Lukewarm water and make a dough
3

Take rest for the dough for 15 minutes
4

Make balls with the dough
5

Roll the balls, cut into namakpare shapes
6

Heat oil in a wok add namakpare and deep fry till golden in colour.
