Ingredients

  • 1/2 CupSoyabean grains
  • 1/4 CupPumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cupSunflower Seeds Kernels
  • 1 tbspRaisins
  • 1/4 cupAlmonds
  • 1 tbspVegetables Oil
  • 1/5 CupDried Cherries
  • 1 tbspSesame seeds
  • 2 tbspSabza seeds
  • to tasteRock Salt
  • to tasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Heat a nonstick pan.

  2. 2

    Soak soyabean grains in warm water by adding salt for about four hours.

  3. 3

    Add vegetables oil.Add soaked soyabeans.Roast on simmer for about five minutes. Put all ingredients except salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Roast until gets all seeds crispy and puffy on very low heat.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper.Mix properly and switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Allow the mixture to get cold.On getting cold Put the trail mixture into a jar.

  7. 7

    Consume one tbsp of this mixture before breakfast.Then take Lukewarm water by adding 1 tsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of lemon juice after ten minutes after eating it.

  8. 8

    It’s very urgent request that it shouldn’t be taken without water because sabza seeds will swell and can’t be digested without water.
