Heat a nonstick pan.

Soak soyabean grains in warm water by adding salt for about four hours.

Add vegetables oil.Add soaked soyabeans.Roast on simmer for about five minutes. Put all ingredients except salt and black pepper.

Allow the mixture to get cold.On getting cold Put the trail mixture into a jar.

Consume one tbsp of this mixture before breakfast.Then take Lukewarm water by adding 1 tsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of lemon juice after ten minutes after eating it.

It’s very urgent request that it shouldn’t be taken without water because sabza seeds will swell and can’t be digested without water.
