Steps

Take a bowl, add all purpose flour and mix with salt and oil.

Add little water and knead a soft dough and keep it aside.

Pre heat a pan and add some oil to it.

Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, coriander powder and saute it for few minutes.

Now add soaked daal, salt, garam masala and chilli powder.

Stir constantly until daal dries up. now allow it to cool

Take a dough ball and flatten it. Fill it with daal stuffing and make kachoris.

Pre heat oil in a shallow fry pan and fry the kachoris till it turns golden brown.
