Take a big bowl,add maida,,curd,salt, ghee and mix it well nicelt 2 or three minute. And after that add water and make soft dough.

Cover the dough with kitchen towel and leavenit for rest fir 1.hour.

Now make small ball of dough, roll it like chapatinor in oval shape as u wish, and deep fry in medium hot oil.

Serve bhature with kabuli chane and some salad.
