  2. 1grated carrot
  3. 1onion
  4. 1bell pepper
  5. 1Dania
  6. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions on a medium heat until they turn golden brown

  2. 2

    Add grated carrots,chopped bell pepper, and mix well

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt

  4. 4

    Add the eggs in a pot and mix well

  5. 5

    Add Dania.. Scrumbled egg is ready

  6. 6

    It can be served with bread, Ugali etc
