Ingredients

5 minutes
  • 5eggs
  • salt
  • Cooking oil
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Curry powder
  • Black pepper

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook the onions until they are golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add in your curry powder, black pepper, blended tomatoes and salt.

  3. 3

    When cooked and the juices from the tomatoes have dried up pour in your beaten eggs and stir until it ready.

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali, sukuma wiki and enjoy 😋😋
