Wash and cut all the vegetables.

Chop the onion..

Heat oil in a kadhai.Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onion.

When onion turns red,add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder,tomato.Mix well.

Now add vegetables and salt and mix well.

Add 1 cup of water.Cover kadhai. Leave it on medium low flame.

After some time check it.Add garam masala.

If vegetable is ready add coriander leaves.

Switch off the flame.

Mix veg is ready.
