1/2 kgspinach boiled
200 gmpaneer cut into pieces
2onion finely chopped
2tomato finely chopped
To tastesalt
To tasteall regular spices
1 tspcumin seeds
As neededwater
As neededghee

Steps

Take a pan heat the ghee.

Add cumin seeds and roast it.

Now add onion, tomato and soute it.

Add salt, regular spices and mix well.

Now add spinach, paneer and as needed water and mix it and cook it.

Serve it.
