Steps

Boil the fish and debone it, then set aside

Peel yam and boil with fish stock to give it a little taste

Pound onions, peppers, and fish with seasoning to taste and spices of choice then set aside

Pound d cooked yam until slightly smooth
- 5
Add the already pounded peppers, onions & other ingredients to the yam and pound again together to mix it thoroughly

Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and set along side with d crushed cornflakes

Put a frying pan on fire with oil and allow to heat

Make balls with the yam mixture, dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs then deep fry until brown.

Serve hot and enjoy
