Steps

Take a bowl add refined flour, clarified butter mix well than add enough amount of water and knead a dough (dough should be not to hard it should be little soft)rest dough for 20 min

After 20min make small balls from the dough and make mathri in round shape preek the fork in every mathri and fry them in slow to medium flame and put into sugar syrup and sprinkle some said on it

Sugar syrup-take a pan add sugar and water on high flame make one string chashni
- 4
Serve after one hour till they get cool down
