Steps

Soak daal for half and hours.

Take a pressure cooker add palak,chana daal,arhar daal,chopped onion,tomato,chopped green chilli,haldi powder,salt to taste,water.

Cook it till 3 whistle.

Open and stire well,add water according your choice and boil it.

Heat ghee put dry red chilli,cumin seed,chopped garlic and curry leaves.

Pour tadka on daal.
- 7
Serve with roti.
