Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6medium sized potato
  • 250 mlcream
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • bunchrosemary
  • to tastesalt and black pepper

Steps

60 mins
  1. 1

    Pre-heat an oven on 180 degree celcius

  2. 2

    Simple. Dice the potato with or without the skin

  3. 3

    Put the rest if the ingredients in a greased pan and put in thr oven for 40-50 minutes or until fully cooked.

  4. 4

    Turn the potato occassionaly

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and serve
