Chop all the veg

Cook the Chicken in pressure cooker with the Beer for 25 minutes. When done turn off and leave for 10 minutes to let the air pressure go down. Then open safely.

When the chicken is done. Add to a bowl and pull apart with two forks shredding the Chicken then add the BBQ seasoning.

BBQ seasoning.

Save a quarter of a cup of the beer stock

Heat up the oil in a wok when its hot drop the onions in cook for 1 minute

Next add the garlic for 30 seconds.

Add Carrots and the sweet pepper fry for a minute then add the Chicken drained with a spoon keep a little of the Beer Stock

Mix it all up and add the salt n pepper fry for 2 mins.

Then sprinkle the chicken stock cube all around and mix

Then add the beer stock.

Next add the tomatoes

Add the spinach and BBQ sauce.

Mix in and serve with veg, potatoes, French fries.a
