Ingredients

30 miniutes
  • 500 gmsArbi peeled & cut
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 3Onion chopped
  • 2 tspGarlic crushed
  • 2 tspGinger paste
  • 1 tspMethi
  • 1 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 2Green chillies slit
  • 2 tspCoriander leave
  • 1 tspMint leaves
  • 2 tspDesi ghee

Steps

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    Heat the pan put ghee,add cut Arbi Fry it until golden.

  2. 2

    Remove it from the pan.

  3. 3

    Add oil in the same pan,add methi and crackle it.

  4. 4

    Add garlic,ginger sautey it.

  5. 5

    Add onion Fry it golden.

  6. 6

    Add grinded spices & sprinkle water.

  7. 7

    Roast it for 2 minutes

  8. 8

    Add curd remove from the flame.fry it for 1 minute.

  9. 9

    Add arbi on the flame.fry it for 2 minutes.

  10. 10

    Add garam masala pour 1 glass of water put the lid.

  11. 11

    Cook it 5 miniutes.

  12. 12

    Remove it from the flame..

  13. 13

    Sprinkle coriander & chilli on it.

  14. 14

    An Aromatic dish is ready to be served.
