Ingredients

15 minutes
2-4 servings
  • 1 packFirm tofu, cut into any shape you like, marinate with salt water for a while
  • 3 tbspRoasted/fried peanuts
  • 2 clovesRoasted garlic
  • 15Fresh chillies (or to your liking)
  • 5 tbspKecap (dark and sweet soy sauce)
  • 3 tbspWater
  • to tasteSufficient salt
  • to tasteLittle sugar
  • 1 stalkCelery, finely chopped

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat enough cooking oil to fry, and then fry the tofu. Drain.

  2. 2

    Mash roasted peanuts, garlics, and chillies. Add some salt and sugar.

    Add kecap and water, stir, and done! 😄

    Place the fried tofu and serve with chopped celery for garnish.
