2 clovesRoasted garlic
15Fresh chillies (or to your liking)
5 tbspKecap (dark and sweet soy sauce)
3 tbspWater
to tasteSufficient salt
to tasteLittle sugar
1 stalkCelery, finely chopped

Heat enough cooking oil to fry, and then fry the tofu. Drain.

Mash roasted peanuts, garlics, and chillies. Add some salt and sugar.

Add kecap and water, stir, and done! 😄

Place the fried tofu and serve with chopped celery for garnish.
