Custard: Pour milk, evaporated milk, sugar and custard powder in a pot and beat well then keep on flame Let it boil keep on stirring to avoid lumps
When very thick remuv from flame, add cream and whisk then cover it with cling filmFruits and Nuts:
Mix well and lay on a casserole - 2
Cream:
Beat well cream just before forming peaks add castor sugar and essence and beat till peaks formedHow to set:
use a casserole or small dessert bowls....1st layer: lay fruits and nuts mixture

2nd layer: pour custard evenly
3rd layer: pour whipped cream
Chill in fridge, then serve
