Ingredients

1 lbbacon chop & cook and save for later
1 tbspPaprika
2 tbspgarlic powder
2 tspKosher salt
1 1/2 tspground pepper
1/4 cupolive oil
2 tbsphot sauce
8medium diced red patatoes
1 lbcubed chicken breast
1/2 cupchopped green onion
2 cupscheddar cheese blend

Steps

Combine ingredients (except bacon, green onion and cheese) and put into 9 X 13 baking dish.

Bake at 400 deg F for 55 min.

Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions cheddar cheese then cover with cooked bacon.

Return to oven and cook for another 5 min.
