Migas with Chicken (4 Ingredients)

Looking through my fridge to help my friend Bere, I found I only had a little chicken, a few tortillas, and some eggs—so I decided to make this. The result was wonderful.

Looking through my fridge to help my friend Bere, I found I only had a little chicken, a few tortillas, and some eggs—so I decided to make this. The result was wonderful.

Heat plenty of oil in a skillet.

Cut the tortillas into pieces.

Fry the tortilla pieces until golden and crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.

Set aside the chicken.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
- 6
Return the fried tortilla pieces to the skillet, pour in the beaten eggs, and cook. Once set, flip to cook the other side. I did this in two batches.

Remove from the skillet, place on your plate, and top with the chicken. If your chicken is cold, warm it up in the microwave first.

I finished with a little sour cream and cheese.

You can also add some salsa. Enjoy!
