Steps

Preheat the oven to 180°c for 10 minutes.

Pour cold milk into a pan

Add vanilla custard powder in it.

Add half cup khoya in it.

Add vanilla essence accordingly

Add sugar powder & mix all till smooth

Turn on the heat & cook in low flame

Place gulabjamun in a baking dish & keep it aside

Cook the custard milk till thick

Turn of the heat & keep whisking for few minutes

Spread the custard over the gulabjamun

Sprinkle the rest khoya, pista, cherry & almond on the top of the dish

Place the dish in the pre heated oven.

Bake for 20 minutes in 180 °.

Serve hot / cold
