Ingredients

40 minutes
  • 1 bowlpuffed rice
  • 1 platekabuli chana dal / cheak peas boiled
  • 1plateboiled potato
  • 1 tbspdry roasted jeera / cumin powder
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli cut in pieces
  • 2 tbspcrushed coriander leaves
  • 2 tspblack salt
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 cuptamarind-dates chutney
  • 1/2 cup(dhania-mint) chutney
  • 1 bowl namkin
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededcucumber & onion slices
  • 2 tbsptomato pieces

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    First boil aloo cut in small pieces

  2. 2

    Kabuli chana dal soaked over night then boiled in pressure cooker and keep aside

  3. 3

    Cut tomato in pieces

  4. 4

    Now keep all the ingredients in a large table take a plate

  5. 5

    First add boiled potato pieces and spread

  6. 6

    Next add chana dal and well spread add cucumber pieces add tomato pieces now spread puffed rice mix well then spread well add dhania chutney spread curd

  7. 7

    Spread imli chutney Spread jeera powder next add again dhania chutniey and imli chutniey Spread black salt

  8. 8

    Spread namkin add green chilli pieces tasty murmura bhel is ready
