Ingredients

  • 1 tbspgolden syrup
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1cinnamon sticks
  • 3apples
  • 1 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the sugar solution by melting the sugar and the golden syrup.add the cinnamon stick to improve flavour

    Mix gently to avoid the caramel having cramps

    Remove the apple top using a scoop and insert a skewer

    Cover the apple fully using the caramel

    Place in a plate and put at room temperature for setting
