Ingredients

30 miniutes
  • 200 gmYam boiled
  • 2Potato boiled
  • 1 cupOnion fried
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 2 tspBesan rosted
  • 2 tspHung curd
  • 2 tspRoasted coriander powder
  • 1 tspPomegranate's powder.
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tspdesi ghee
  • 2 tspChaat masala
  • as neededBread crumbs
  • 1 tspLime juice
  • 1 dropsKewra jal
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste.
  • 2 tspCoriander leaves
  • as neededOil or ghee for frying

Steps

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    Mash boiled potatoes & yam.

  2. 2

    Griend onion mix it in yam mixture.

  3. 3

    Add all griended masala,mix it very well put 1 Tsp ghee mix it.

  4. 4

    Make balls flatten it.keep it a side for 10 mimiutes.

  5. 5

    Heat the pan put all kebabs in it

  6. 6

    Sprinkle oil in it.bake it one side,flip it other side.remove it from the flame.

  7. 7

    Arrange it on serving Tray.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with onion rings & green chutney.
