Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbeef broth
  • 1 teaspoontomato paste
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1 clovesgarlic sliced
  • 1 teaspoonapple cider vinegar unfiltered
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonextra Virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil add the pepper when you smell the pepper add the garlic and allow to fry but not burn.

  2. 2

    Add the tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, butter, salt, and beef broth.

    Stir well till it's incorporated.

    Simmer 7 minutes.
