Heat up frying pan add veg oil and once its hot, stir in onions and then the mince beef and fry

Stir fry for about 5 to 7 minutes then add pepper salt and knorr cube

Add the carrot and finally the green bell pepper and stir after 2 minutes and remove from heat and serve with plain pasta
