  • 4Fresh pepper
  • 1cksp Red Oil
  • Salt
  • 2 Halfripe plantain

    Slice onion and fresh pepper bleach red oil and fry in it with salt.

    Peel and place plantain on the rack of the oven and grill for 10-15minutes.
