Ingredients

  • 2 cupscassava flour
  • 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  • to tasteSugar
  • 2eggs
  • Pinchcardamon and nutmeg powder
  • Margarine for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour,in a bowl break in your eggs add in the sugar cardamon and nutmeg powder and mix well

  2. 2

    Add in the coconut milk mix well and slowly add the cassava flour

  3. 3

    Once ready, in a heated saucepan add some margarine and pour in the pancake mixture cook until golden brown and enjoy
