Ingredients

  1. 1dish of omena
  2. Grated coconut
  3. Cooking oil
  4. Royco
  5. Garlic and any other vegetable spice of your desire

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash omena in warm water and drain the water. In a separate dish, soak grated coconut in hot water.

  2. 2

    Partially deep fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown, and set aside.

  3. 3

    In a different pan, put a little oil, fry onions, add tomatoes and when ready, add the fried omena. Add all other desired spices.

  4. 4

    Take the soaked grated coconut and squeeze the juice out of it. Add the juice into the omena.

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste and let it simmer.
