Fry the beef over low heat in the pot you’ll use for the dish.

In a separate pan, cook the bacon until it’s lightly browned.

Meanwhile, blend the onion, garlic, salt, and jalapeños with plenty of water.

Once the bacon is lightly browned, add it to the cooked beef. Do not let the beef brown.

Add the blended mixture to the pot with the beef and bacon, and let it cook through.

Once everything is cooked, serve. You can top each bowl with chopped onion and a little cilantro.
