Boil potatoes in salty water until almost cooked

In a bowl,mix the coriander and garlic and add in the potatoesand mix well

Heat 1 tbs butter in a pan.add the coated potatoes and cook on low heat.

Brown both sides, sprinkle garam masala.turn for a sec
