Boil water in a sufuria enough for preparing the ugali.

Add maize flour into the boiled water bit by bit as u stir using a cooking stick until the dough is thick enough.

Continue stirring as you allow heat to the ugali for 12 minutes. It will be ready to be served with stew of your choice when still hot.
