These mouth in melt short bread cookies are going to be your favourite this season. Light up the diwali lights munching onto these delicous heart biscuits.
Steps

Whisk the ghee/ butter and sugar till fluffy. use a electric beater.

Add the vanila essence and mix

Now fold in the flour seived with coco powder and gather to a smooth dough

Flatten it on a parchment covered surface and cut shape with a cookie cutter. Alternatively can make small balls flatten and give shape.

Keep covered in the freezer for 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°

Place the hearts on a greased baking tray and bake at 160 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Let it rest outside for 5 minutes then place on a cooling rack
