Steps

Take a pan boil spinach,capsicum,green beans for 5 minutes. Strain and Cool it at room temperature and make a smooth paste

Take a bowl grate potatoes and paneer. And add salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt as per your taste and also add prepared paste and bread crumbs. Make a soft dough

Grease your hands with oil make a ball from dough and make shape as you wish and coat it in bread crumbs

Deep fry them until they become crispy on medium flame

See their crispiness and your haryali kababs are ready

Garnish with red sauce, green chilli sauce, onions, lemon slice
