Peel and slice potatoes to your desire shape.

Wash and rinse it.

Add salt to your potatoes, fry it in hot oil and set it aside. Don't let the potato to crispy.

In a sauce pan add in your left over veggies and add onions at this stage you can add either egg,minced meat,liver etc and let it cook for about 5mins

Then add in your fried potato,seasoning, stir it very well and cover it for about 3mins. At this Stage I add small cabbage so you can add any fresh veggies that is available and enjoy. Is good for breakfast or for children lunch box perfect
