Wash the vegetables and chop them separately

Wash the fish and cut to a desired size, steam with spices and fry after

Dry a pot and add the oil, heat before you add onions, fresh tomatoes, pepper and allow to dry.

Add the crayfish then mix the egg after breaking them and spread on the vegetables. Allow it to rise for 90sec then add the ugu, seasoning cubes, salt and the stuck from fish.

Cook for 2 min and serve with white rice or white yam.
