Ingredients

  • 1 tablespooncustard powder
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • Some raisins
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla or any essence of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the custard powder and water, bring to simmer till thick.

  2. 2

    Add the milk, then sugar and mix. As it simmers, add essence of your choice. Then switch stove off and let it cool.

  3. 3

    Pour in popsicle moulds, drop in the raisins and freeze! Ready to eat when fully frozen.
