Peel your potatoes and put in water for about ten minutes

Put oil in a sufuria

Slice the potatoes according to your favourite shape and size

Put the sliced potatoes into already hot oil

Deep-fry until the fries becomes crunchy

Drain from the oil

Serve while hot
