Heat a pan on low heat and dry roast khus khus for 2 minutes

When it is done then take it out in a bowl

In the same pan dry roast cashews and almonds for 4-5 minutes or until they become little crispy

Take them out in a bowl

Now coarsely grind together khajoor and anjeer in a mixer grinder

Heat ghee in the same pan and add the anjeer khajoor mixture

Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then add cashews, almonds, half of pista and chironji, mix well

Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture comes together and leaves the sides of the pan

Switch off the gas and let the mixture become little cool

Divide the mixture into two parts and make logs from them

Spread the remaining pista and khus khus on the cleaned kitchen platform

Now roll the log over them so that pista and khus khus sticks on the log nicely, prepare both the logs like this

Now in an aluminum foil wrap these ready logs nicely and place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours

After two hours take them out from the refrigerator and cut into discs, approximately half centimeter in thickness

Keep them in an airtight container, you can store them for a longer period in the refrigerator. It will remain good for a week in normal temperature
