1 pinchKesar/Orange Colour
1 & 1/2 cup Dahi (Yogurt)
1/2 tspCitric Powder or Lemon juice
1 tspTandoori Masala

Steps

Take a small pan put 1/2 cup oil and keep on flame, add all ingredients except Chicken and Yogurt, lower the flame and cook till aroma arises.
Remove from flame add Yogurt and mix well let it cool apply on Chicken and let marinate for 4-5 hrs then roast in tandoor or barbecue it, baste with extra marinade and oil time to time.
