Pour the curd in big bowl and add besan in it and mix them well together or you can blend them.Now add water in it and make the paste thin.Add all the spices (coriander,red chilli,turmeric,salt,garam masala)into that mixture and mix them well and keep aside.

Take a kadhai and heat the oil in it.Add methi dana and saute till golden brown.Now add chopped onion and stir well.

Pour the mixture in kadai and keep stirring until boil.2-3 boils on fast flame and keep stirring.

Keep the flame on low and stir in between after every 5 mins or so.Keep it for half an hour in low flame and see if it is completely cooked than off the gas and serve hot with boiled rice.
