  • Pinchsalt
  • 3 tbsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs well in a bowl

  2. 2

    In a pan heat the oil till hot and swirl it around the pan

  3. 3

    Pour the eggs and swirl it around and covers for seconds

  4. 4

    Sprnkle the salt and lift one end of the egg then pour some oil and flip it

  5. 5

    Cook the other side to be slightly brown

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy
