Tadka Masala: Heat oil in a thick bottom pan, splutter cumin, cinnamon, cloves. Add finely chopped 5 medium-sized onions, 4 garlic pods, 2 inch ginger piece, 5 green chillies, fry in oil till golden brown.

Add 8 red medium-sized tomatoes pureed, a little turmeric powder, aesofitida powder and salt, keep on frying till masala leaves sides of pan. Add some whole green chillies and coriander leaves/ dry fenugreek leaves.

In boiled Rajmah add this masala and let it simmer till attains a thick consistency.

We can serve RajmaH LaBabdaR with lachha paratha, naan, rumali roti, poorie, fulka or plain rice.
