Steps

Take sugar and curd in a bowl and mix till creamy.

Now add oil and vanilla essence and mix well.

Add suji and cocoa powder

Mix them well and set aside for 5 minutes

Now add water and give a good mix. Now add baking soda.

Add in maida and fold gently

Now pour in the mixture in greased idli moulds and steam for 7-8 minutes

Beautiful Idlis are ready

Demould when they cool enough and decorate it with chocolate sauce or cherries
