Cut the all veggies.

Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add capsicum and garlic and saute it.

Add chopped tomato,black pepper,vinegar,soya sauce,sauce and salt,ix well.

Add boiled macaroni and toss it.
