Steps

Knead a soft dough with maida and ghee using water. And keep it aside for 20 minutes covered by a muslin cloth.

Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing well.

Roll the puris, fill the stuffing in centre. Fold the edges to seal.

Deep fry in ghee on low flame till golden.
- 5
Remove it from ghee and pour chocolate sauce over it. Sprinkle colored pearls
