Chhuare ka halwa

#diwali Rich with royalty...Chhuare /dry dates halwa prepared with milk...

Soak almonds and chopped dry dates for 4-5hours,After 5hours remove extra water

Grind soaked dates and almonds to a coarse paste

Heat ghee in a pan add paste of dates and almonds to it And cook for 2-3minUtes

Add milk to it mix well and cook on low flame,Add seffron and cardamom powder to it

As mixture start leaving the pan add sugar and poppy seeds to it mix well
- 6
Cook Till oil saperates switch off the flame garnish with almonds and serve.
